'Wait for host' - Black screen + Can't connect

Question

So i've been trying to get a server to work on one of my computers, and I have no idea why it's not working. I followed the 70-step guide, and everything seems to be working, except that I cannot actually play - I get the MoTD as well as the BattleEye stuff, but then it simply says "wait for host". I've already looked on the forums a fair bit, with no result.

Any ideas? Tons of logs and stuff:

That's as far as it gets, even with me connecting. There's no 'green text' showing up in the console, and the hive isn't started for some reason (likely because it sees no reason to continue).

That's what shows in console - I've disabled battle-eye and pretty much every security feature to try and get it to work. Still not luck. Not sure why it says I used modified files, either. I did a complete, clean re-install of ARMA2/AO/DayZ/Epoch in an attempt to fix this (no luck).

Any ideas? (any others logs/files I should post)? Also, running a non-modded AO server from the same folder works just fine: I can connect and play on that.

Database user is "Epoch_User" and database password is "password123". I've checked in heidi, XMAPP as well as the config files. It seems to be the same thing in all 3. The database itself exists, as I can easily check it in MySQL, and it seems to be fine (all of the info is there). Other than that, I'm not sure how to check if its connecting to the database. Regardless, it still has the same result - I'm stuck at a black screen with "wait for host", the MOTD and information saying I connected. In the top right I've got my username in RED with 0ms ping. The RPT still stops just after 'updating base class' for the Merlin HC3.
