Not exactly but similar to origins where you could choose a town? If you would like to join one: My clan runs an Australian Taviana Overpoch with graphical spawn selection and you are welcome to join us. Search for avagaming Taviana Overpoch AU/NZ in Dayz Launcher otherwise all the details are available over on our website http://www.avagaming.com.au If you would like to host a server and would like to find the mod: I have several links for spawn selection (graphical, database or config methods) which I can share if you would like.
