Lag when players shooting

Hey Guys.

I get reports from some players that when they shoot at an enemy they got screenfreezes for a second and after that they get one-shot knockout and having godmode while knocked out. I think its infistar since chris added something to check the players ammo all went worse, in case of a desync players loose theyr mags cause infistar means they have unlimited ammo...

Maybe some of you guys know a fix?
