MySQL setting

If anyone could help me with MySQL setting that would be great I am trying to run more than one server. Would this also involve me putting MySQL on SSD. The problem I am have is all Self Actions, lock/unlock, traders Etc. I have even tried a fresh mission file. The first sever runs great but the second server does not run smooth. I have tried just about everything.

Im sorry but we need more then this to be able to help you. What did you exactly do? How did you setup your second server? Do you run them on seperate cores? Are both servers the same?

Seperate the databases (i hope you did this) and seperate the accounts so the servers connect on independent mysql accounts etc. If the settings are the same, the performance should be roughly the same.

Windows Server 2014

MySQL 5.6

They are setup the same and run from the same MySQL. Should I have it different?
