change a vehicle

I have figured how how to unpack the pbo and unrap the cinfig.bin and edit the cfgvehicles file with notpad++ but i cant get the file to return to the proper.bin cause after repacked as pbo and uploaded (pbo) the server wont launch (i make a copy of orginal bemore starting) please help im not good with scriping

programs i have sofar are cpbo / paaplug / uw_highlight / unrap / pbo manager / pbo view 

 

Im editing the storage on my server Vehicles so the armored suv aint so overpowerd and that urals and humvee dz aint the only real options

If you want to change the storage count on vehicles players will have to manually download your custom .pbo in order to play on the server.

I use PBO Manager v1.4 beta to pack/unpack PBOs.

yup can get it packed / unpacked its the cinfig.bin repack that is messing it up any ideas? i know i have to upload the modded pbo to the server and to everyone as well

Hm, sorry. Haven't changed/unpacked any config.bins in a while so I don't really remember the procedure.
