I move everything in the dump file to a new file each hour. This is from when a player gets killed 2 times. Once out of me as a test and one of he fell

Could you send the full log, I don't think there is anything wrong there that I can see, just worth to check.. Is your database setup correctly? in the player_data table also, did this happen before you updated?

1 thing I can say is someone joining doesn't have all the correct files, or your server doesn't but generally from what I know

Client: Object 4:36 (type Type_70) not found
Server: Object 4:123 not found (message 70)

This means that they have incorrect version of either Epoch or Arma 2/OA or from what other people have mentioned a faulty connection to the server which it looks like the user Jocke and the server is causing which may be a reason towards inv resetting but that is only a theory, its worth verifying the game integrity on steam and check the upload\download speeds of the server, but other than that, I can't see any other problem although its 4:30 here so I'm pretty tired.

but delete everything in the file and use this

I don't believe so, that isn't run through the server.pbo as far as I know.  You are running devd's correct? give mine a try that is the version I use and I don't have this problem, if it still happens then maybe you have not uploaded all files correctly as the log shows

Could it be something with the permissions on your cache files? When I first started running the linux server I sheepishly ran restarter.pl as sudo and was having similar issues when attempting to run with my normal user account afterwards, to fix the problem I ran chmod 777 on the epoch server folder.

 

The only other weird thing that happens on my server is that there seems to be duplicate player cache files which cause player rollbacks, I haven't figured out what exactly is causing the duplicate files but it seems that writer.pl does a recursive search for files in the cache folders and ends up grabbing whichever one it wants.
