[NEED HELP] Hive Error

Question

Whenever I join my server after restart this pops up in my console, 2nd one is my arma2oaserver.rpt:

I had the same issue, I spent too many hours googling for the exact error message (as no charid), unfortunately it seems there are a multitude of potential reasons why you get this.

In the end I figured my issue was that I was connecting to a home server via external (internet) IP which won't be a problem on some broadband routers but my cheap router was not handling it well and it caused connection issues...

 

If you have some other reason, good luck identifying & fixing it...

in most cases its a script error somewhere in server_monitor or init.sqf or something. just try to figure out what you changed recently and redo every step
