fnc_plyrhit.sqf not found

Just installed infiSTAR on our server - it was all working fine except the admin menu would go white or grey after a while. We fixed that due to permissions, but non-admins are unable to join our server and we get the error message

 

fnc_plyrhit.sqf not found - the file is there, any ideas? 

 

When people join they get kicked back to the lobby unless they are an admin also. it just says "disconnected"

 

We get kicked when connecting now: Public Variable Restrction #0

We sorted the kicks out, but now we're getting a grey/white screen and the game freezes.. Pretty annoying, any suggestions?
