Possibility of creating global events

Hey all and sorry for my constant questions but i wanted to ask if it is possible to create a global event like was in STALKER(Emissions)like some plague wind that would make you sick and introduced thru the weather or in general some zombie hordes spawning and patrolling the areas or roads who will attack ferociously...is it possible to add or create such events??thank you

It is possible!
However, it has not been coded (or, at least, to my knowledge it hasn't)
