Which BattlEye Folder to use for Dedicated Server?

ZeroK00L

Question

Hello All,

Finally moved our server to a dedicated! Everything is going great! Noticed now that I am not with a host, I need to schedule my own restarts w/messages. Looked around and found BEC. Here's the issue I am running into. I have a few different folders for BattlEye in my server files...for instance...

C:\Epoch Server\BattlEye

C:\Epoch Server\Expansions\BattlEye

During the install of BEC, I am asked to..

BePath = string
  Set the full path to your Battleye directory for you current profile setup.
  This means the path to where your BeServer.cfg and bans.txt is located.
  If you have used -profiles or -bepath as startup parameters on your server you need to point it to that dir.

First off which directory? and Second, I don't have either of those files in any of my BattlEye folders :( I checked through all of my client data and server data and do not see any BeServer.cfg. I am sure I am just stupid and missed something but if someone can whap me upside the head and get me back on track, id appreciate it. Thanks!

Ok, There is also one in instance_11_chernarus folder. lol. Which one do I use!

I think i figured out I have to create the server.cfg file..maybe..or is it referncing my basic.cfg or config.cfg? All these tutorials and info are so out of date it's ridiculous!

Zerok00L could you tell me which one did you use? Because I still wonder ^^

I have to create the beserver.cfg in order to make DaRT working, and it seems that it is the Battleye folder inside instance_11_chernarus/ that needs to have the .cfg file.

But the thing is, there is no all the filters file inside this folder (scripts.txt, createvehicle.txt, etc...), those files are inside <server_root>/BattlEye, so I wonder if there are in use.

Any hint?
