How to fix corrupted Object_DATA (objects not loaded)

1) Run into mysql console:

alter table Object_DATA MODIFY COLUMN Hitpoints varchar(4096) NOT NULL DEFAULT '[]';
2) Run fix_objects.pl (from git repo).

When is this step needed? Means: how do I recognize that this may be needed to be executed?

If a car or other object does not show up anymore...or if there are error messages (of which kind) in dump.log?

I would assume when nothing spawns on the map perhaps? like what happens to me alot, and I've found out that is is people not leaving the server mostly., Thanks for this Devd, You have saved my life!
