Do you use any map addons ? like custom buildings ? have you tried to wait ? after update there is some time you have to wait b4 server gets character info from redis, had same issue, just removed custom map addons like custom made zones and places
There are different things that may cause this.
I had two of them.
One of them was caused by using outdated server addon files from epoch server after i installed Arma 1.68.
Another problem was a slow OS where my server was hosted on. Sometimes it took 15 Minutes until the blackscreen disappeared. After changing to another System it only takes now 2-3 minutes.
Try to wait a bit and see what happens.
Server not ready Error 02 may also occur after some time
