You do not need a separate copy of the dll, only 2 separate config folders. There is some discussion in this thread:

Very nice, thanks for putting this together. I did some leaf map work on DayZAdmin (https://github.com/R4Z0R49/DayZAdmin I'm wriley on GitHub) if you want to browse the code there for ideas. It is based on code from http://dayzcc.org/ (with permission) so all props to the original author.
One quick question, how did you extract the map images?

This is looking great. I didn't catch it live but the stream last night was really exciting to see as well. Is there a post somewhere I missed that lays out the vision for A3 Epoch? It would be interesting to see what vbawol has in mind for scope of the project. Keep up the good work!

It shouldn't take that long unless the server is overloaded. How big is your mission file? My server runs on 4 year old hardware with a single PATA disk and only takes about a minute to load the mission the first time.
