If you are looking at adding a portal trader, you'll need to edit:
 
telePos[] = 
and
staticNpcPos[] = 
 
If you just want to add a trader to the location, no spawn point.. just edit:
 
staticNpcPos[] = 
 
You can get specific cords by spawning in an item in the editor and using the coords off of that.
 
To utilize a safe zone, use this example: (with your own coords)
 
{"ProtectionZone_Invisible_F", {4075.3, 11667.7, 0}, 0},
