My feedback, i am running for 10h farm/trading, gathered like 2000 money, but i cannot found a backpack or hatchets/knifes.

 

Maybe give me some tips ? Also where the most players standing/hot spots? Kaval ?

I find the best spots for backpacks are trash piles. Just go up to them, hit T and then hit your inventory button.

I didn't see anything in the about sledgehammers, so I'm guessing there's still no use for them at this point. :unsure:

As it is now there is no  point to keep or try to keep a vehicle.. Just go sell it and log out at the trader and when you log in buy it or another vehicle back because of the lack of ability to keep anything safe.

 

If you do that and the trader is killed your vehicle is gone, except for trader cities I guess.

[how do i get in to the servers]

I have installed the epoch mod for arma 3 but when i am trying to go in a server the game is going back to the server list what is the problem of that 

do i have to do something to play the epoch mod i hope somebody can help me

After this post I tried hitting rocks, scrap cars, scrap metal piles, a frequency jammer and a few walls and nothing happens on any of these things. I'm guessing the sledgehammer's powers haven't been implemented yet. Hopefully soon.

As soon as a vehicle is sold, it opens up another spot for a vehicle to spawn on server restart. So the traders does not have to be killed. 

 

So, are you saying that once the server restarts the trader will lose the vehicle and it will respawn?

 

Or, does the trader still have the vehicle for sale and the vehicle respawns also?  

 

I really hope the latter is not the case.

Can it be used to break down a wood wall? How about cement? If so how many hits, approximately, does it take?

 

I've been searching the forums and the net and I haven't found a straight answer on this topic yet.

 

I've heard that it can be used to mine ore around Epicenters? If so, is anything else needed to collect the ore I should know?

 

Can it be used to take down a frequency jammer?

When first starting out I always head for the shore and look for a boat, once I find one I bring it to the trader at the docs at the main central spawn point and sell it. By then I have enough energy to power my night vision goggles. Cars/Trucks mostly spawn on dirt roads but I have had more luck finding boats since there's only one possible place they can spawn, on the shore.

You are able to kill traders on official servers and they do have a chance of spawning a UAV once you've killed them, if the UAV then spots you (you'll hear a noise like an old school dial-up modem) three AI will spawn which when killed have goodies in their inventory. Also, I am pretty sure that if the trader you killed had any vehicles in their inventory the vehicles will respawn. I'm not sure if they respawn immediately or if after the next restart or two. Hope this helps.

[Can you build an house and will it be saved?]

So basically i was building an house and then the server i played on got reseted is this on all servers and is there a point in building an house. For me this just looks like an wasteland server but i can be wrong i loved about arma 2 the base building and for me it feels incomplete.

 

Which server were you playing on? This doesn't happen in the official servers I play on.
