To show off building materials/objects, you could go into the editor>Virtual Reality map, then Empty>Epoch>and choose your object.

I've been whitelisted before Open Alpha and I would like the password for Texas 1.

Do you have a picture of where this was on the map? I've heard of this bug happening in certain parts/terrains of the map.
Or you don't even need a picture, just what terrain it's on. Like a mountain or ditch etc.

Stop whining. It's Alpha. Expect to lose shit, not just by players but by wipes. By getting a key and getting whitelisted you expect to TEST, not PLAY. You expect to lose stuff.
If you're a regular player joining in the Open Alpha, it's still to TEST. Expect to lose stuff.

That really sucks. I guess the good players that have caused no problems will get the server password. Everyone else has to resort to playing on second tier non official servers until a change happens.
I've done nothing wrong AFAIK, but I haven't received a pass. :/

They're passworded and I don't think you can just ask the devs for a password, I think they're going to single out the people they trust and give them the password. Not that this is an issue, especially with all the hacks, but I think that's what's going to happen.

Building a wood base is just as much of a pain in the ass as anything else, making the pieces hard to find just decreases the chance that anyone will survive long enough to get the parts to put a base up before they die and start everything over again
That makes no sense. You find an axe and hide in a forest, nearly impossible to find on the massive map.
For a metal base, you find an axe, but then have to go out again for metal to put over the frame, instead of making an entire wall. You'd die instantly in a city.

I'm looking for someone to play against. Just come off a 2+ hour session, 15-20KM distance covered and we only encountered contacts once, and that was within 10 mins of joining. We went from west spawn down to Kavala, then all the way east. Kavala biggest town in the map I think, but not a soul anywhere in or close by. It's of my opinion that cars should be scattered all over this map.
If you find a helicopter, let me know, and I will fight you for it.

Sounds like you likely had a fever or hypothermia.
So if I acquire a sickness, it just stops the stamina? Alright. How would I stop being suck?

I tried it once and I got horrible FPS.
I don't like it.

So I was running around, debug up. 25 Stamina and slowly decreasing. But then, all of a sudden, it stopped decreasing and my fatigue shot up, and I started to shake violently. There was no fatigue increase, either, it just went right up.

Take notice that he only mentioned the thermal on the hellcat. Radar is likely staying.. as it would in any real chopper if found in the apocalypse. It's a common instrument in a helicopter and yes it's incredibly handy but its not nearly as OP as thermal. It's like saying, you should take the armor off the Vanaad because it's "op" and it is giving people who have one an unfair advantage. If you are lucky enough to find one, then you get to reap the benefits. Plain and simple really.
Having a heli is benefit enough. In certain types of apocalypses, EMPs would be up and certain things would be down, causing issues with things like radar.

Well concretely if you log off from GPDE02 , you have to log back on it to keep the same position , if you log back on GPDE01 instead of 02 it will reset your position.
It is just because they setup the servers like that , Two servers share one MySQL database. it's specific to epoch and some other mods who also share there hive not A3.

I guess it doesn't matter anymore, though, since I lost all my gear with the servers that went down...

Yeah, it appears that a lot of the servers just crashed.
Hopefully no one else lost anything, though.
