[HeadLights not working (military offroad special)]

the HeadLights not working on the military offroad special, i have tried relogging and have tried them again after a server restart but still no go, it does not seem to matter if the car is fully repaired or if it is damaged

 

i have uploaded 2 screenshots, one where i lit a fire to show the car and another with no other light source,as you can see in both, the headlight are not working, the braking lights do however work

in the newest patch and in all ones before it the empty fuel barrel gives insane artifacting when it is dropped on the ground,

this is intermittant, but the times it does not do it, there is no model for the fuel barrel
