Found some new information. This is only happening when launching through DayZcommander. If I open Arma2oa and connect to the server that way it works fine. I have uninstalled commander, deleted the settings it left behind in %appdata% and reinstalled it. Still same problem. Has anyone seen this before??

So.. My server worked great not too long ago. Well I had to put it away for a few days. When I turned it back on, everyone logs into this multiplayer lobby now.. What am I doing wrong? Please help! Thank you.

The revert can be avoided by puting some kind of loop in the code. Such as a while loop that will redo the change every so often to counteract the revert.
@Nox or anyone really.. Could someone please tell me how to add this "loop"? What exactly do I add to the code to make it loop?

I got this fixed. It was because my Start.bat file was pointing to my arma2oaserver.exe in my dayz server folder. I changed it to point to arma2oaserver.exe in my arma2oa Steam directory and it started handing out guids like nobody's business.

i specified 2301 as query port. Is that ok?

Alright.. So let's say that I'm already on that version. What then? I have the steamquery port open and the steam port open.. Not sure where to go from here..

Update: I can see my guid on other servers. So it is definitely not client side. Also when I type #beclient palyers, it shows me the list of players but guid is just a 0. Any help is appreciated.

Ok that leads me to this question. Do I need to be using that port for the server? Because I already have that port opened. Just running the server on a different port.

I reinstalled Battleye, still no guids. What am I doing wrong?

Ok. It reinstalled battleye but I do not see the battleye folder in my arma2oa directory. Where does this install to by default?
EDIT: Never mind, I found it under Expansions.

@Fuchs: Ok, So I've uninstalled Battleye and have deleted everything Battleye related that I could find. Now you said reinstall through steam. How do I go about doing that? This is a dedicated server, so the game will not launch passed the initial checkmark loading screen.

When I type #Battleyeguid into chat it tells me
My GUID:
Nothing after that. Just blank. I saw some threads here about this, however, after reading, I realized that my problem was a bit different. It seems that Battleye isn't handing out GUIDs.. (If that's how that works) When running infistar I can't see players guids or anything. Any thoughts?

So I'm not sure that this is the correct place to put this, as I couldn't really find a spot for it. If this is in the wrong place, please move it.
As the title states, I cannot type into the console window. It connects to the server just fine, etc. But it will not let me type. This is the text I see in the console:

You're trying to run Overpoch right?
If you are it has to go into the @DayZ_Epoch_Server\addons folder.
So when I run my server. It uses both @DayZ_Overpoch_server and @DayZ_Epoch_server?

Just noticed that my init.sqf is looking for a server monitor in dayz_code\system\server_monitor.sqf.
Is that the one that I was supposed to edit and not the one in dayz_server.pbo?

Adding sound to a dance script, need help

I have done all of this but do not get the dance option in my scroll menu when looking at an enflamed fire. What am I doing wrong? I added the code in self actions to point to the dance script..
EDIT: I got the menu to come up and I start dancing. But no sound is played.. Also no error messages.
