Well you seemed to have found my problem as well...idk how I missed it but that is where it is calling for the addons_config folder.  And sanchez you have it marked out in your R3F on your server so when you uploaded the default config it still had those lines calling for the folder.

Yep...I have no clue what the problem is...

None of the @mas or @masvehicles should be in the AddOnsAuto.
Here is what it should look like:
