Sigurd Posted September 17, 2014 Report Share Posted September 17, 2014 Arma 3 profile has icelandic letters in it, which results in battle eye auto kicking me when i join, when i try to change my name in the profile it just says that i cant, have no idea how i can change it since a3 wont allow me to.. please help , am DYING to play this epic mod! Smeewth Posted September 17, 2014 Report Share Posted September 17, 2014 Sigurd, the reason why you cannot edit your profile name is most likely due to it being the one and only profile you have. The very first profile will be using your PC's name and therefor cannot be changed. I recommend making a new profile in Arma 3. You can do that by going into the Main Menu screen in Arma 3 and then go to: Configure > Profile > New And simply just copy + paste the contents of <current nickname>.Arma3Profile to the new .Arma3Profile you made.
