DayZ Epoch Panthera Help

Anyone know of an actual guide out there on how to properly set up a DayZ Epoch Panthera server? The only things i can seem to come across is how to install it for use in order to connect to servers, have yet to find a tutorial on how to set up a Panthera server, any advice would be very helpful. (This is going to be hosted on an actual server, not from a PC for friends/personal use.)

So on an update, we got a server kind of set up. But now when we join the server, we get to a screen where you need to wait like 10 seconds or so before you actually get in the server, but after entering this screen we automatically get a "No message received for (x amount of seconds). We can't seem to get past this part, any ideas whats going on?
