Upon server restart, my server basically blows its own brains out loading all the stuff plus mission spawns and everything. I would like for it to wait for 10 minutes or so before starting the first mission.
Also, my server seems to go spawn happy sometimes and I get lots of "TOO MANY" debugs where its trying to spawn vehicles on the map.
