Don't hire a scripter dude. It's really easy to install scripts. Just look for online tutorials.

I'm not looking for one to INSTALL them, I'm looking for one to actually make them from scratch more or less. Because I can guarantee you some of the ones I need do not already exist, and if they do are not made public.
