Tobias Solem
Currently we are running a fork of WAI 0.173 on our server, there are 8 different missions and static AI placed on our map across Chernarus. The AI behaviour has been quite nice, but it seems to be rather terrible when it comes to long-range combat. A guy with a sniper rifle can take out dozens of AI, and they will stay still in open fields and get picked down. Regardless of this, when the AI is placed in dense forest areas they are very nasty and they notify other squads to back them up, and those reinforcements will flank you and make your life miserable. In spite of this, I am not really satisfied with the drawbacks of WAI and its missions, that while diverse are a bit bland. So I'd like for someone with more experience of DZMS to tell me, in their own words, why DZMS is better than WAI. Thank you.
Mystykall
I personally like how clean DZMS is to edit. Vampire has done a great job in making the whole script very user friendly, and has multiple comments explaining what each setting does. The random loot has become one of my favorite options of this script, it makes going to missions unsure of what you are going to be getting very nice. The AI themselves are dependent on how you set them up, I personally enjoy the random factor and have my install of DZMS heavily edited. I picked it for the ease of use, and so far I have not noticed any issues that would turn me off of it.
Tobias Solem
So easy to config and random loot is the difference. Thanks.
master52707
WAI Have Random Loot Spawning too.. Easy to configure too.. Very easy. The problem with AI Mission Scripts is that the AI's Running around sometimes.. And hunt people too far
