Spawning in with broken legs, black/white screen, invisible..

So thats my problem.
After adding some more stuff to my server, whenever I log in now I spawn in with broken legs, I'm invisible, the screen is black and white and I'm in the middle of the debug plains..
Anything I'm missing?

Without being too specific I've edited the compiles and variables, but it all looks to be in order.

This happened to me, when i had a variables.sqf referenced from my mission file. 

 

there was an error in the variables.sqf, i missed a "}"
