Loading Mission File Hangs at 34/36Kb?

Whenever anyone connect to my server the loading mission file thing hangs at 34kb or 36kb for a bit before continuing. Anyone know why it's getting hung up and doesn't just run smoothly?

 

I've been on plenty of servers where it doesn't get caught.

I have the same on my server, but for me and the players on my server it only appears on server restarts when the first few people join.

 

Never been any problem though.

 

I think it's due to the timeout when people have just joined a freshly restarted server. Could be something else, but I don't know for sure.

Hmm interesting. I guess it's not a huge deal but it's a bit annoying lol.

It's normal and appears to be the time when the server is fetching it's database objects and spawning it's objects on the map.
