How do I adjust my server Difficulty

I have a private server and id like to have it set to veteran. no reticle and what ever else comes along with it. How can i control this? Thanks!

Go to your instance_X_MAPNAME\Users\instance_X_MAPNAME folder and open up the arma2 profile.
