Generators

Hi all, I'm new to Epoch and hosting a server, and I've got a couple of questions re: Generators.

 

1: Are they craftable from scratch, and if so, what is the recipe?

and

2: If not, what loot spawns can they be found in, and what is the drop %?

1) They aren't craftable

2) I've found them in industrial areas and airfield hangars. Spawn rate is supposed to be quite low.

I'm concerned re: the spawn of generators on my server. Is there a good way to ensure they are spawning as intended? I've had players sitting on high value industrial spawns for HOURS without seeing a generator or fuel tank spawn.

The generators don't appear on any of our traders it seems. Do you know the item information so I can add it manually?
