After anyone on the server places a safe after about 4-6 mins it will make a copy in the exact same spot. After you relog you are able to pack up one of the safes but the other safe will still be standing up. you are then able to pack up the other safe. but if you leave both safes in the same spot after restart it will remove one of them.
