Server not saving gear

Hey so I have been having this problem where people's backpack gear is not saving, people's car's gear and location are like, going back in time, and aparently peoples vehicles are spawning with no gas when they swear it was full. 

 

DayZ Priv admins are telling me that they are almost positive that it has to do with a script on my server so I'm just going to go down the list of the custom things I have installed:

 

AGN Safe Zone Commander

Krixes Self Bloodbag

Wicked AI missions

A really sketchy Take Clothes script

Server Welcome Credits

Refuel Repair and Rearm stations

and then a really high spawn rate of the Epoch Events 

 

I also have these under my DayZ Epoch Config 

DZE_requireplot = 0;

DZE_buildinglimit = 500;

The gas issue with the vehicles is probably because they refuel it at a gasstation, but the gasstation doesn't save it in the database. the gas is in it till restart.

So i suggest that you use this auto refuel/repair/rearm script. This script will save it to the database.

 

If you use this script then i am not really sure.

Yep this is the one I use, but the thing is I have refueled on my own at the stations and haven't had this problem. 

 

But in regards to it saving on restart I know for a fact that non of the repair or rearms in the script are saving for restart.
