How to disable nameplates?

I got all my servers running on regular, how can I the nameplates shown when you are looking at a vehicle?

Find the ArmA OA Profile.cfg file and change the settings, I use Taviana so mine is instance_13_Tavi.ArmA2OAProfile

It looks like this :

If you mean the scroll wheel pointer that gives you names, ranges, and the like, the only way to disable that is to set the difficulty to Veteran.

You can use any difficulty, just change the settings :)
