My Custom Map Markers No Show

For some reason my map markers that I made in the map editor are not showing up on the map, They do sometimes but usually no.

 

Whats wrong ?

Markers are local(ish) and will not be updated to JIP when created on the server. they only show to existing players but will still vanish if the player logs.

Found a way round by using my headless client to create them. Essentially if a player creates a marker it will persist.

some more details would be helpful, how do you create the markers and when do the disappear or not appear or whatever..

I never tried creating markers in the editor, that might not work for dayz since they are not send to JIP clients as axeman already said.. if you don't know what that is use a search function or google :D
