nickthepick
I think it would be cool to have a juggernaut outfit like in Hurt Locker. It would make the player slow but, more defense against explosions like boobytraps. Also a bulletproof vest outfit would be cool also.

Look them up and post one you like, its way easier than asking the dev team here to come up with new models or go searching for current ones. Find what you like and link it. Achmed
Do the different skins that are currently in the game affect armor and heat?
Eegore
Do the different skins that are currently in the game affect armor and heat? On Nemalsk the Warm Clothing has a reduction to losing heat variable but that's specific to the mod. Armor is a pain to script reliably, its basically making a looping half-godmode script. Historically its unreliable.
Esproc
Couldn't armor just be classed as a vehicle that you would have to put on and when it was killed you would be force to take it off. It would seem to be much easier that way, although not sure if you can get a vehicle to attach to a player and keep its collision.

Also they would have to make an invisible vehicle with the correct geometry from scratch. Not saying it wont be done but it most likely wont get done fast since its going to need ground-up development and testing.
