Can anyone point me in the right direction, I want to edit the current epoch version 1.0.0.1 to have safe zones at the trade centers. Ive seen this on other servers. What file do i edit?

 

 

Also is there a way to put the new changes into the the current epoch version prior to the 1.0.1 version release.....btw when is the release of the new version?
