Players cannot "Check Wallet" please help

Hello i am currently running a overpoch arma 2 server with infistar ah. 

i have got ZSC installed onto my server however normal players cannot check wallet, they see the option but it dissapears really fast. 

me and the other admins have no problem checking wallets and i find it really strange.

does anyone know how to fix this? thank you in advance

if you use infistar, check in ahconfig.sqf this variable

Check Actions ?       */ _CSA = false;

if true - change to false
