Lag every 10 seconds

Im having lag every 10 seconds exaxtly on my server with just me on it.

Its a dedicated server with a few minecraft servers and my overpoch server. The minecraft servers are using bungee connected to the same mysql connection, but the servers arent yet populated.

The "307 Params "Pass"" happens exactly every 10 seconds in the console

My character lags for about 1 second eveey 10 seconds exactly.

Any idea what I could do to check my database or any other help with the issue would be much appreciated.
