Trouble with starting the game while server is online.

Hey guys, 

I have an Arma 2 DayZ server. I downloaded it through Steam. 

It's on an Server PC but when i try to start Arma 2 OA through my game PC it says i already have the game running on another PC. 

How do i fix this?

Normally you have to start your game client first and after that you are able to start the server, to prevent this error when running a local server but because you installed the server on steam, I recommend using a batch to start it otherwise you should copy the ArmA OA files to another directory and create a custom server there.

I am using a batch file too. First, start the server, then pause (I use "timeout 20"), then start the game.

I run my test server  (client and server) on the same account on my main Windows PC with no issues.

It's just about starting the client first as I mentioned before.

Just change the client bat to point to "Arma2OA_BE.exe 0 0" instead of "steam.exe appid" or w.e. the bat points to
