DZAI on 1.0.6

That's what I thought -- the AI no patrol/random firing fix is pending in 1.0.6.1.  Thought you were saying it was fixed elsewise. My confusion. Apologies.

Disable RadioProtocol group chat spam as here:

AI land vehicles is still not moving.

Tested on 1.0.6.1 - problem solved.
DZAI and WAI patrols are moving again.
Please let forums which discusses the test build 1.0.6.1.
