Global Messages if player Connected

Hello everyone and first of all sorry for my bad english i try to do my best xD

 

I need a script that Sends a message "maybe in sidechat or as a Welcome message for all to read " that maybe looks like this "

 

Admin XXX Connected 

or

Vip XXXX Connected 

 

maybe like                    IfPlayer(getplayer_uiD) connected then send global message or something 

 

BEC isnt workin on Linux i guess 

 i hope someone can understand what i mean

You see a message telling who is connected as default?? Or what do u mean?

I mean like the connect messages from BEC client. I host my Server on Linux and BEC is not possible with linux
