Should i rent a server? No experience, feedback please

I would like to have on my server these things:

 

- A way to make sure cheaters dont have a free run on server

 

- As much hollow buildings as possible

 

- Bandit missions, bandit camps

 

- 2 night day cycle per 24h

 

- Maybe some other custom stuff

 

How hard is it for someone with not alot of experience running a server?

 

I mean i hosted some multiplayer games and stuff lol like a Sins of a solar empire and civ games etc

Its easy, don't get a managed game server. Go with an unmanaged VPS. Its a good learning experience and they have wayyyyyyyyyy better performance.
