Connecting failed

I host a server off my pc with xampp, i have ports 2302,2303,2305 open. I can join and play the server but when my freinds try to join it says connecting failed. My server is not on dayz commander idont know why so i have to join my server through arma 2 browser.

Easiest solution is to put the local ip of your computer in the DMZ. Port forwarding has never worked for me from torrenting, gaming, anything.
