friends cant join. error waiting for host

hey whenever i try to join my server it lets me in but i spawn in debug after i changed my loadout one time and also when i join my ping = 0 and my friends = 10000! how can i fix this to were they can join and not just wait for host? im new to all this so please i would like it if you could skype me if you have the solution. skypeid= devlyn.hall3      oh and i also dont know how to ad the admin tool in neither so please help.

check if your basic.cfg has something like "class sockets {maxpackets=XXXX};" and remove that from the file.
