Adding Mods Server Side

I know how to add mods to the server that the client needs to download, but is there a way to add mods so the client doesnt have to download them first?

For instance id like to add these to my epoch server but dont want the client to have to worry about finding the mods:

unfortunately this is not possible. the server and client have to have the same mods. so you either have to have them in the mission file downloaded on startup, or make a launcher exclusive to your server, where they have to download the mods required.

Im assuming adding these mods to the mission file would be a bad idea?

also how would i convert them to be added in the mission file properly?

Even if you added them to the mission file it would not help. If the client mission file and the server mission file are not matched they will not be able to connect. Either way it would require you get your players to install another mod when they launch.
