Adjusting Hunger\Thirst

Does anyone know how to adjust the rate of hunger\thirst? Like that you get hungry and thirsty slower. I've seen a couple mods that add damage relative to hunger\thirst, but I couldn't seem to find anything that just changed how fast those decreased.

No haven't be able to figure it out yet, settle for stocking vendors with tons of food and drinks xD
