Chopper/player suddely gets damage/dies - DB glitch?

Hi guyZ :) I don't know if this is the right forum to post this in, but I have had some strange things going on in my server - maybe a database hiccup or something? One day, while I was helping a player out, both he and myself suddenly died out of nowhere, and that same player has just reported, that the other day when he was flying in his Blackhawk, it suddenly took full damage in mid-air (and no, he wasn't near a mission), and crashed. The logs didn't indicate anything suspicious, but has anyone ever experienced this? It's like that specific player or vehicle suddenly gets "damage=1" in the database completely out of nowhere. Strange...
