Installing With Paid Hosting?

Alright so I have looked everywhere and I can only find how to run a server off of your own computer. I am trying to find out how to install on a paid hosting service such as FPSPlayers or Vilayer. I am currently using FPSPlayers and I have no idea what files I need to upload or where to upload them. If anyone could let me know that would be really helpful! :)

Unfortunately FPSPlayers does not have Arma 2 DayZ Epoch in the mod manager. Only for Arma 3.

Then open a support ticket with them, they'll still have the files somewhere or ask you upload your own.
