Server is not opening Steam-Ports

Hey I finally found, why i can't find my Serevr in-Game, in DayZ-Launscher oder on gametracker.com.

 

The Steamports (2300 & 2301) are not getting opened for some reason.

Schould there be port 2300 and Port 2301 opened be too from "227449/server".

 

Please can any one tell why the ports are not open?
