Dedicated server randomly won't verifi GUID anymore.

Hi there!

 

i have a dedicated epoch server running on win2008 server.

 

when i launch the server all goes right but after a random amount of time when players try to connect, they get stuck on the welcom screen befor the lobby.

server side i have this line :

 

BattlEye Server: Player #0 PLAYER - GUID: 8eb0e1aafb56182fbd5e9ce7e499afb3 (unverified)

 

and nothing else...

Normally i should have the line :

 

BattlEye Server: Verified GUID (8eb0e1aafb56182fbd5e9ce7e499afb3) of player #0 PLAYER

 

and the most strange for me is that after another random amount of time battleye can verifi GUID's again and players can play...

For the moment my only solution is to restart epoch server.

 

i run the server on port 2353 so i've forwarded 2353/2354/2355

is there another port to forward that can help battleye to comunicate with battleye GUIDs server ?
