In need of a pro with Dialogs and Defines for a Project

Im working on a project and ive looked into learning defines but cant find any help on the matter at hand if your any good with dialogs i need to populate a Rsclistbox with vehicle names and when click on the vehicle names I need it to show up on the rsc picture is this possible ?
