Need Help, server running incorrect version

I tried making my own private DayZ Epoch server for Arma 2 using the youtube guide by Calling the Tech Wolf: 

 

The Error is: "This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact DayZ Epoch Staff."

 

I downloaded Epoch 1.0.5.1 using the DayZlauncher as a substitute for DayZ Commander

 

I've read some forums saying that it simply says what is says but i am new to Arma and i don't understand what they mean, is it my Arma 2 that is out of date? Is the Epoch Server out of date?  I downloaded both Client and Server Files from Epochmod.com that is 1.0.5.1.

Having a new error before the previous error:

 

C:\Users\BambiDefender\Desktop\DayZ Epoch

Server\@DayZ_Epoch_Server\HiveExt.dll is either not designed

to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the

program again using the original installation media or contact

your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

You might have to unblock the .dll.

Didn't work, same error. 

And it deletes the HiveExt.dll from the @DayZ_Epoch_Server :'<
